1. Who We Are

EnrichLATAM is operated by ENRICHLATAM SPA (RUT 78.396.627-1), a company incorporated in Chile. We provide a B2B API for accessing publicly available company data across Latin America. You can reach us at team@enrichlatam.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service:

  • Account data: Your email address and company name, provided when you sign up for an API key.
  • API usage data: Logs of API requests including endpoint called, timestamp, response status, and API key used. We do not log the content of responses.
  • Payment data: Billing and payment information is processed by our payment provider (Paddle) and is not stored on our servers.
  • Communication data: Messages you send us via email or support channels.

3. What Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal data about the end-users of your applications. The data returned by the EnrichLATAM API consists of publicly available business entity information (company names, registration numbers, activity codes, etc.) sourced from government registries. This data pertains to legal entities, not to individuals in their personal capacity.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate API requests and enforce rate limits.
  • Send transactional emails (API key delivery, billing receipts, service notices).
  • Respond to support inquiries.
  • Monitor for abuse and ensure service security.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sources

The company data returned by our API is sourced from publicly available government registries, including:

  • Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) — Chile
  • Receita Federal — Brazil
  • Mercado Público — Chile (public procurement)

This data is publicly accessible and does not constitute private personal information under applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes. Upon account termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Paddle — payment processing. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Railway — cloud infrastructure hosting.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

These providers may process your data only to the extent necessary to deliver their services and are contractually bound to protect it.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed API key storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at team@enrichlatam.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life.
